What to expect

Request a 1-on-1 chat (virtual or in-person) with the designer. Our initial chat will include a discussion of concept, material options, measurements, and timeline for design & execution. We're here to collaborate - expect updates & check-ins as needed!

 The designer will document the building process, for full transparency, from start to finish. 

• Feedback is encouraged during check-ins.
• Advise if adjustments are needed early in the creative process.
• Once production is in the final stage, there will be no product overhauls or rebuilds.
• However, a single sizing alteration is allowed.

Deposits are non-refundable.
